Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your product, please contact me at info@greathonourgoods.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be provided if the item is damaged in the shipping process or is extremely misrepresented in the listing. You may request a cancellation before your items have shipped.
If you’re shopping on this site, you know that vintage items show age appropriate wear and markings – it’s a part of their history! These are pre-loved items that will not be in brand new condition. I do my best to provide an accurate and thorough description of each product. I make sure to point out major flaws in the description and provide photographs (with notes) for full transparency on the condition of each item for sale. Some minor additional flaws may not be noted and some variance in color may occur in photographs. All measurements are approximate.
I cannot guarantee that vintage pieces will not malfunction and therefore cannot be liable for safety hazards that may occur during use. Please inspect and use your best judgment when using all vintage items.

Shipping costs are estimated at the checkout and there may not be the final actual shipping price. In the event that you are overcharged, the difference will always be refunded. I will never make a profit from shipping costs. All outbound (and return) shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged in transportation or listing was inaccurate.
